Funder Collaboratives at The Trust

To make a bigger impact on complex problems, we bring grantmakers together to pool knowledge and resources. These funder collaboratives are listed below.

These funder groups periodically issue requests for proposals. Sometimes the RFP is closed, i.e., the RFP is mailed to a selected list of nonprofits who may respond, and others are posted for a general response.

  

 

The NYC AIDS Fund has successfully increased private funding to fight the AIDS epidemic and help community groups provide vital programs for people living with the disease and advocating on their behalf. Since it began in 1989, The Fund has awarded $19 million in grants and was recognized last year by Mayor Bloomberg for its "tremendous dedication to combating the spread of HIV/AIDS and for providing care to those affected by the disease.”>>
