Trust funds Web site to help youth prepare for G.E.D
The Trust funded
Literacy Assistance Center to create the GED Web site referred to in the 2/22/10
New York Times article below. The Web site,
www.gedcompass.com, will enable thousands more New Yorkers register for the high school equivalency exam each year. It will also include a resource directory of pre-GED remedial classes, basic education courses, and youth workforce programs.
