Although The Trust makes most of its discretionary grants in response to proposals submitted to us, we occasionally start special grantmaking programs and periodically issue Requests for Proposals. Sometimes the RFP is closed, i.e., the RFP is mailed to a selected list of nonprofits who may respond, and others are posted for a general response.
