Whether you’re updating your will, selling a company, memorializing a loved one, or simply streamlining your charitable giving, our specialists can help you support the causes you care about.

DECIDE WHAT TO GIVE

You can give cash (online by credit card or a check by mail) or other qualifying asset. Many donors choose to give publicly traded stock, retirement plan assets, closely held stock, and life insurance. We’re also experts in working with charitable remainder trusts and charitable lead trusts, and dissolving private foundations into funds at The Trust.

Matching gift programs can often double or triple the impact of your contribution, and some companies even match gifts from spouses and/or retirees. Please check with your company.

DECIDE WHEN TO GIVE

You decide the timeline. Do you want to start a fund for giving today? If so, a donor-advised fund may be the best choice. If you’d like to leave a charitable gift through your will or planned giving vehicle, then an unrestricted, field-of-interest, or designated fund allows you to support the causes you care about for generations to come.
