The Mosaic Network and Fund in The New York Community Trust has announced its 2019 Request for Proposals to support arts organizations in New York City that are led by, created for, and accountable to African, Latinx, Asian, Arab, and Native American (ALAANA) people.
The Fund hosted two virtual information sessions on August 13 and 20 to contextualize the RFP, go through application instructions, and answer participants’ questions. We received an overwhelming response to these information sessions and reached capacity for both. As such, we would like to provide a recording of the information session, presentation slides, and a compilation of frequently asked questions for all who are interested, especially those who we were not able to accommodate.
Please note that the deadline to apply is 4:00 pm on Tuesday, September 17, 2019. To do so, visit The Trust’s Grants Portal at https://proposals.nycommunitytrust.org, click “Respond to an RFP,” scroll down to 2019 Mosaic Network & Fund, and next to it, click “Apply.” You will be redirected to the proposal cover sheet for this specific funding opportunity, where you will also be asked to upload a single PDF file of your application for submission.
