Kimberly Williams on Mental Health and the Importance of Self Care

The COVID-19 pandemic has heightened stress for many families and caregivers. At a briefing for Trust donors, Vibrant Emotional Health’s president and CEO Kimberly Williams spoke with Irfan Hasan, The Trust’s deputy vice president for grants, about the importance of self-care during stressful times and the small steps people can take to help themselves and their loved ones.
