Whitelist The Trust's Emails - The New York Community Trust

Whitelisting or allowlisting emails from The New York Community Trust, ensures that you stay up to date with goings on at The Trust. Below are instructions on how to whitelist The Trust across some popular email service providers.

Organization/Work Email Gmail Outlook

Organization/Work Email

If you the email you have subscribed on our listserv is an organizational or work email, ask your IT team to add the following to your server’s allowlist:

  • Sending domain: e2ma.net
  • IP range: 139.60.0.0/22
  • If your system does not allow the above /22 IP range, then you can use these IP ranges instead:
    • 139.60.0.0/24
    • 139.60.1.0/24
    • 139.60.2.0/24
    • 139.60.3.0/24

Gmail

If you the email you have subscribed on our listserv is an Gmail address:

  • Please add info@nyct-cfi.org to your Gmail contacts list. To add us to your contact list:
    1. Click the “Google Apps” button on the top right of your screen
    2. Click “Contacts”
    3. Click “Create a Contact”
    4. Copy and paste info@nyct-cfi.org into the primary email address
    5. Click “Save”
  • You can also check if our emails are going to your “Spam” folder
    1. Click “Spam” along the left side of your Gmail page
    2. Search for emails from info@nyct-cfi.org or The New York Community Trust
    3. Open the email and click “Report not spam”

Note that sometimes our emails go to your “Promotions” folder, this does not mean the email is marked as spam and the “Promotions” tag may be removed.

Outlook

If you the email you have subscribed on our listserv is an outlook address:

  • Please add info@nyct-cfi.org to your Outlook contacts list. To add us to your contact list:
    1. Click the “New Items” in the top left of your screen
    2. Click “Contact”
    3. Copy and paste info@nyct-cfi.org into the primary email address
    4. Click “Save”
  • You can also check if our emails are going to your “Junk” folder
    1. Click “Junk E-Mail” under your mailbox menu
    2. Search for emails from info@nyct-cfi.org or The New York Community Trust
    3. Open the email and click “Report not junk”

Please note, placement of these buttons may differ depending on if you are using the Outlook desktop application or the online version of Outlook.
